1. Agreement and Company Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and:

  • Agenton Oy, a company established and registered in Finland
  • Governing the use of our services and platform

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Agenton provides AI voice agent services for automotive dealerships. Key service characteristics:

  • All communications are secured under HTTPS encryption
  • Personal data is stored securely within the European Union
  • Integration with dealership management systems (DMS)
  • 24/7 AI-powered call handling and appointment booking

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including software, content, and branding, are owned by Agenton Oy. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may be changed with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agenton Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service with at least 30 days notice.
